Shipping (Canada Only)

We currently ship exclusively within Canada. All orders are tracked and carbon-neutral.

Standard Shipping

  • Orders over $100 CAD ship free

  • Orders under 2kg: $14.90 CAD

  • Orders 2kg to 30kg: $21.90 CAD

  • Delivery timeframe: 3 to 9 business days

Express Shipping

  • Available for orders up to 2kg: $21.90 CAD

  • Delivery timeframe: 1 to 2 business days

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

 


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Dreame pillow—but if it’s not quite right, we’ll make it easy to return or exchange.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • To begin a return or exchange, email support@dreamehome.ca with your order number

Returns
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your item.

Exchanges
Need a different product? We’re happy to offer exchanges within the 30-day window, free of charge.

 


A Note on Hygiene

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used or washed items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know—we’ll take care of it.
