At Dreame, we believe peace of mind is part of good sleep. That’s why all of our pillows come with a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship.

 

What’s Covered

Your Dreame pillow is protected against:

  • Faulty stitching or seam construction

  • Defects in the outer fabric

  • Irregularities in the inner fill or foam

  • Zippers or closures that fail under normal use

If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right - with a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

 

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty doesn’t apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper care (e.g. washing the inner fill, bleach damage)

  • Stains, spills, or discoloration from use

  • Damage caused by pets, accidents, or misuse

  • Comfort preference (loft, firmness, etc.)

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos if possible

  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days to guide you through the next steps

Our warranty is valid only for purchases made directly from dreame.shop or our authorized retailers. If your item was gifted to you, please provide the original order number or receipt to process your claim.
