Return & Refunds

We want you to love your Dreame pillow — but if it’s not quite right, we’ll make the return or exchange process simple and stress-free.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be unwashed

  • Items must be in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

Include your order number and a brief description of your request. Our support team will respond with the next steps.


Returns & Refunds

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

If you need a different product, we’re happy to offer exchanges within the 30-day window — free of charge.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will guide you through the return process and arrange shipment of the replacement item.
